Armada’s Academy pathway gives younger players a structured environment to develop their technical foundation, confidence, decision-making, and understanding of the game. Players are encouraged to learn through training and competition while building habits that support their long-term development.
The current Armada teams include Girls Academy age groups as well as Girls NPL teams, creating opportunities for players to continue progressing as they get older.
Armada has built its identity around sportsmanship, competitive play, family atmosphere, and hard work. The club’s philosophy emphasizes team continuity and chemistry through consistency in coaching and strong relationships between teammates.
Armada’s motto, “Fides Laborque” — Faith and Hard Work, reflects the club’s belief that development comes from commitment, consistency, and the willingness to keep improving.
We believe players develop through consistent coaching, meaningful competition, strong relationships, and an environment that challenges every athlete to improve with confidence and purpose.
Our goal is to develop complete players technically, tactically, physically, and mentally while encouraging commitment, creativity, resilience, teamwork, sportsmanship, and continuous improvement every day.
Armada’s NPL pathway connects competitive opportunity with our commitment to player development, sportsmanship, family, community, excellence, faith, and hard work throughout every season together.
Experienced. Committed. Development-Focused. Player-First.

The National Premier Leagues is a national competitive platform focused on long-term player development, meaningful high-level games, and pathways to postseason competition.
Armada currently lists Girls NPL teams at the 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, and 2007 age groups, alongside younger Girls Academy teams.
Competitive players are expected to attend training consistently, arrive prepared, participate fully in games, and meet Armada’s standards for effort, attitude, equipment, and team responsibility.
Players join through Armada’s official tryout process. Team placement depends on age group, player development, performance, team needs, and the evaluation of the coaching staff.
