NPL OVERVIEW
Armada’s 2013 Girls NPL team is part of the club’s competitive player-development pathway. Armada Futbol Club is a member of the National Premier Leagues South Atlantic Premier League, giving players an environment built around meaningful competition, continued technical growth, stronger tactical understanding, and preparation for more advanced stages of youth soccer.

Training
Sessions
Training combines technical repetition with realistic game situations. Players continue improving first touch, passing, receiving, dribbling, finishing, 1v1 play, movement, transition, combination play, and decision-making. Sessions connect individual development to team performance.
Practice
Location(s)
Armada teams train across the Nashville area. Nashville-based teams primarily train in Bellevue and West Nashville, while Antioch teams train at Orchard Bend Park. Armada is also expanding into East Nashville and Fairview.
Competitive
As part of Armada’s NPL pathway, the 2013 Girls NPL team competes in a higher-level environment where players apply technical and tactical concepts under pressure while developing game understanding, consistency, communication, resilience, and readiness for future levels.

TRAINING ENVIRONMENT
Armada’s NPL environment is designed to challenge players while maintaining the club’s emphasis on development, sportsmanship, hard work, and team continuity. Players are expected to communicate, compete, solve problems, and take greater responsibility for their performance.
Training connects individual technical work with realistic tactical situations. At the 2013 age level, greater emphasis is placed on recognizing space, supporting teammates, transitioning quickly, defending responsibly, and attacking with purpose.
TRAINING METHODOLOGY
Armada’s development approach emphasizes long-term technical, tactical, physical, and mental growth. Within the NPL environment, players are challenged to execute skills with greater speed and consistency while learning how to understand the game as part of a team.
For 2013 Girls NPL players, training increasingly focuses on tactical awareness, transition moments, combination play, positional responsibility, communication, and decision-making under pressure.
